Unable to Install KB840374

Hi all -

I receive notification update KB840374 is downloaded and ready to install.
I click install and receive a successful completion message. However, when
I check my audit logs, I see that the patch did not successfully install.

Hello

Try to manually download the patch and do the install. You may see an
error message that will help you to resolve the issue.
Links to the downloads for all applicable OS's are in the bulletin.
