When I tried to install Directx9.0c (from the web as well
as from a CD), I get the error message:
"A cabinet File Necessary for Installation cannot be
trusted"
and I can't proceed from here. And therefore cannot
install any games that requires 9.0c. I have tried
everything that I could think of to have this installed,
including disabling my firewall, booting up with minimum
device drivers loaded, but nothing works! Any help here
would be greatly appreciated.
