Unable to import the .pst file.

Hai

I just move all my files to a new computer. And I am importing my back up .pst files to my new outlook. But when I tried to import them, it display the error message "the outlook.pst file is not a personal folder. Please help!

Instead of importing, try opening the backup pst file in Outlook instead. Use File, Open. Then, in Folder View, you can select whatever you want to move to your new pst file. The backup file will be at the bottom of the folder list.

Don't import. File>Open
