Unable to import data into an existing table.

I am trying to import data into an existing Access database. I am using the data form a exell spreadsheet. When ever I try to import the data, I am forced to make a new table. I would prefer to import the data into my existing table.

Please help!
 
Try using TransferSpreadsheet and identify the destination table.
