Probably because the poster is using "X-Newsreader: Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000", which does not automatically prepend "Re: " in
the "Subject:" line when the luser clicks [Post Reply].

| R-click the taskbar, select properties. Make sure the box for "Hide inactive
| icons " is checked. It's at the bottom of the page.

| Click the "Customize" tab. Find the items you want to hide and click on the
| "behavior" entry next to them and choose the option you want.
