When trying to order online or pull up web pages I
constantly get page cannot be displayed. I have tryed to
get tech support online but feel they are just shooting
in the dark and really dont know what is the problem. My
child is on Edline.com so I can get her grades and I
could not pull that up also. Now it says I need Adobe
Reader to get into PDF files. Tryed to download that and
it went thru till the last few seconds then (said
download cannot be completed required system component
(wintrust.dll) is missing. I get so fed up with trying to
find help.I have windows xp and my dell is only over a
year old. Is it my internet conection or my computer that
is the problem and how can i fix these problems. Thanks
for anyones help and support (e-mail address removed)

From what you described here you might want to try this first,
which involves one of the sections from the above article.
If this does not work, then you should try going through that
article, section by section.

Download and install this anti spyware program, update it and
scan your system and remove any spywares that are found.
Restart computer after deleting the spywares.

Ad-aware 6.0 build 181
http://download.com.com/3000-2144-10214379.html?tag=list

Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.
At the command prompt, type the following lines and press ENTER after each line:
Click OK when you receive the message that DllRegisterServer in FileName succeeded.
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

Type exit to quit Command Prompt.
Restart the computer

Try downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader
and or getting to those secure sites.
