Unable to find site

When I'm on a shopping site, i can browse and add items to my basket ok but
as when I select to go to the checkout i end up at a site called Marsfinder
..com and a message appears at the top saying "Unable to find site".

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks for the advice. Carreied as per article. Problem now that when
attempt to go to checkout on a shopping site get message "Unable to display
page"
