Unable to establish connection with global catalog

I am getting this event 1126 Unable to establish
connection with global catalog once every hour. this
server is our exchange server and is the operations
masterfor the domain. It was a GC but when I made another
DC a GC and uncheked global catalog from NTDS Settings I
started getting these errors. so after a few days I made
the exchange server a GC again and also left the other
DC's as GC's. the messages still won't stop. I have 6
Domain controllers in this doamin and they are all Global
Catalog servers. there are 2 that are in the same subnet
as the exchange server.
 
Check in your DNS server for all _gc records and check that they are
pointing to the right server. Another one would be to check, that you GC is
responding on TCP/IP port 3269. Use LDP to check this. If not else, check
