It was my practice to email directly from Microsoft Word in my previous
version of Microsoft Office. Since purchasing Microsoft Office 2007 am unable
to email message content using my contacts list, which was imported from my
group list in Microsoft Outlook Express. The message received is "An internal
support function returned an error" I clicked on new, clicked on CC, selected
contacts, typed in group, search, my group appeared, selected it, clicked
BCC, clicked OK, compled balance of message then clicked send. Receive the
error message "An internal support function returned an error" Please help,
Joseph A. Malenfant, (e-mail address removed)

Groups in OE have no counterpart in Outlook. They are destroyed when you
import them. You will need to create your own Distributions Lists in
Outlook.

What do you mean by "contact list", since Outlook has nothing with that
name? What do you mean by "group list"? If you're speaking of a Windows
Address Book "group", that's the equivalent of an Outlook "Distribution
List". Sometimes WAB groups will import successfully into Outlook as
DIstribution Lists, but it appears to be hit or miss. I tested it and it
worked for me, but plenty of people have not been as lucky.
