I am running MS Windows XP Home edition SP1, with IE6.
I cannot download any files, including .zip or .exe. When
I click on a download link, I just get sent to an empty
page, no title, no contents. This happens from what ever
site I am on. I have checked all my security settings,
and have downloading available. What could be wrong?

Have you tried right clicking on the link and then selecting "Save target
as"?

Which sites are you trying. Could be a problem on the web server.
