Unable to download update for Excel 2003

Hello,

I have attempted a number of times in tiring to down load various updates of
windows excel 2003. However, I've not been able to do such due to a
continues error stating that it can't update the program. Can someone please
help me figure out this problem.. I'm also having the same problem with
trying to update Outlook 2003...

You need full admin rights on the computer to update office
