Unable to download file

My Pc has been infected with several viruses, malware, spyware that I have
been trying to get rid of, after following the instruction I have managed to
get rid of most of them. However I need to download an uninstaller to get
rid of the last one. Whenever I try to download it I get a grey box that
tells me that my security settings will not allow me to open the file. I am
unable to run the file either as it gets blocked when I click on the download
button.

I tried to get a friend to send it to me via msn as a zip file and I am
unable to extract the files for the same reason. Disabling and changing my
internet security settings doesn't seem to help.

Hello Zenah !

What instructions have you tried ?

Windows XP SP2 is blocking this files as they are recognised by it as a
pottentially dangerous . You can change it by trying to right click the file
, press Properties and choose Unblock . However I suggest something else -
goto that site and perform the Malware Removal Instructions to ensure your
computer is really clean .
