Unable to do Internet Banking & Load online App forms

My problem is that since installed Explorer 6 Service
Pack2, I am unable to get the internet bank login screen,
I have only noticed this problem with Royal Bank of
Scotland site.

Additionally, I have a second problem, which has been
ongoing since Service Pack1. I am unable to process an
oline order using www.argosmobile.co.uk. The order
form does not appear, I have to use another
computer to process an order.

If you mean you don't see Your basket if you click on View my basket
notice that that component is implemented as a frame and its encoding
is different from the encoding of the frameset. Hence you must have
Auto-Select checked in your Encoding options.
