Unable to Delete Temporary Internet files

I am unable to delete temprary internet files by right click delete or by
dragging them to recycle bin. I get a message when I try to do the latter
"cannot delete file - cannot read from the source file or disks"


Any advice would be appreciated

Close IE and try it.

I closed IE and tried again with the same result. I have thousands of files
stored in the temporary internet folder and can delete only a few at a time.
Some of them are from doubleclick so I will try running AdAware.
