Unable to delete restored folder

I recently retored a data folder using NT backup but forget to unset the
securities tag. I now have a folder on my new C drive that I can not access,
delete or move either in XP or from the Dos prompt. It tells me the folder is
write protected or full when I try to delete it but when I unset the read
only tag in properties it wont reset this parameter either. How do I get rid
of this folder?

Try taking ownership of the folder:
