I have had a message sent to me, I can't open it and it says it is unable to
delete, what do I do?

Depending upon what email program you are using, go to the web interface for
your particular ISP's program (webmail). Try to delete it direct from their
server in that way.

I am using Windows email Vista. I don't know what the web interface or what
my ISP program is?

Your ISP is who you get your internet service from. Contact them or go to
their website to figure out how to set up your mail accounts.

You will have to give us some more detail as to exactly what you are
trying to do.

Also, it is best to start a new discussion thread instead of glomming on
to an existing discussion thread with a non-relevant Subject title.

I'm answering the person below whose handle is "email unable to delete".
Why do you ask?

Who are you answering to here ?

Because I do not understand the above that you wrote in your post

Simply put: When someone submits a new message in this newsgroup
about a problem he is having, it should not be done by Replying to
an existing discussion thread, especially so if his problem is different
than what is described in the Subject line of that existing thread.
I don't know how to make this point any simpler, so let me know
which word(s) you didn't understand.

There are good reasons for this convention, but I don't want to
bore everyone with a seminar on the finer points of Usenet
posting rules.
