Windows 7 Unable to delete folder

Whilst tidying up my folders in ‘explorer’ one of them would not move or delete.
See attached, (I am logged on as ‘Administrator’)

It my be worth checking the permissions on the folder and setting your self to owner if you are not already.

Thanks 8bit, I found the solution.
The folder I was trying to delete was one where I stored photos etc.
It had in it a folder called CyberLink which had been created by 'Power DVD'
Once I moved the CyberLink folder out of the terget folder, I could delete it ok.
