Unable to delete file

Recently...my win2K server have been compromised by some
trojan which uploaded servUdaemon and other files and now
my server is full of unwanted file that I want to delete.

Whenever I try to delete these unwanted files, it denied
my access and also does not show the tab to allow
me 'administrator' to take ownership.

Wonder if any of you have resolution for this other than
re-installation?

Boot your win2K server into safe mode. You should then be able to
delete these files. make sure to check the recycled folder for
unwanted folders
