I have WinXP Home on 2 different computers. This problem
occurs on either one.
Periodically, when trying to remove a file or folder as I
want to delete, I am told that I cannot delete move or
copy the folder, because it is "in use by some other
person or program". Even though I know I am not share
and with anyone else, and I shut down every program
running on the computer, I still get the same problem.
However, if I reboot the computer, I can then delete the
file. Is there something I can do to correct this
problem?
