Unable to customize Outlook Today

Seemed to be able to click on my "Customize Outlook
Today" on Outlook 2000 and make changes like adding
folders, changing style, etc. but after installing SP3
for Office 2000 I get no response from the link. I click
on it and nothing.
Any suggestions?
