Unable to create dial-up or VPN coneections.

When opening the New connection Wizard and choosing
Connect to the network at my workplace the options for a
creating a VPN or Dial-up connection are grayed out any
suggestions or tips?

Found the fix I needed to install the MS SR-1 update on XP
to fix the problem.
