Unable to create App_Data folder for new FTP Website VS 2005.

I am using VS 2005, Vista Ultimate, IIS 7.0 and SQL Server Express Edition.
I get the *Unable to create App_Data folder for Website* message when
creating a new FTP Website project.

I have seen talk about this issue out on Google which seems to be a Vista
issue, but nothing I have seen has a workaround or solution to this problem.

Maybe, someone here has encountered this problem and has a solution.
