I am using WinXP Pro, OfficeXP and QuickbooksPro 2003.
When I synchronize my QB customer accounts to my OL
Contacts, nothing appears in Contacts. I go back to the
QBSync Log and I find the following error message on every
customer name. "Unable to create an Outlook or MS
Exchange record. Lack of network access to MS Exchange
Server can cause this problem." Thinking the problem was
a corrupted file in XP or Office, I ran repairs on both.
I still get the same error messages. I am not familiar
with Exchange Server. Can anyone out there help or direct
me to someone who can? Thanks in advance.

Check with QuickBooks help for a solution. If you are not using Exchange,
the error is in how Quickbooks is looking for the information.
