unable to copy or move files

Hi don't know if this is the right forum installed latest security update for
XP
which on restart will not allow me to move of copy files between folders if
I remove the update everything ok? Is any1 else having this problem other
then removing the updates is their a fix to these latest updates?

Thanks Malke for your advice I followed the support link printed the
instructions and CAREFULLY made the necessary changes to the register
reloaded offending the security update and restarted pc with no problems am
now able to shift files and folders around quite happily
