Unable to copy directory with extended attributes

Hi All,

I have a few windows 200 professional pc that are coming up with this error,
they are SP3 boxes and cannot copy the directory, BUT can copy the files
under it. I kinow about the knowledgebase article 329145 and i myself have
applied the SP4 and this now doesn't happen. Some machines have a problem
with SP4, it causes random rebooting and lockups. I have two questions, does
anyone know the hotfix to apply to fix the above copy problem OR any fixes
for the random SP4 reboot??

I was experiencing a similar problem. I found this KB article from
Microsoft that seems to solve the problem.
