Unable to connect Nokia Mobile to PC

Hi

while i connecting my mobile i got message " Phone parent found" and
'Windows cannot installed this hardware.As name or service is using by
another application.

Before that i was able to connect my mobile to PC and prior i am using my
mobile internet with PC.

After unistalling all Nokia PC suite still i the nokia modem showing in
phone and modem. ans system not able to remove this.

Pls help and advice how i can connet my mobile to PC.

How are you connecting the Nokia mobile phone to the PC? Bluetooth or
USB cable?
