unable to compose or respond to email on companies mail server since I switched to Vista

I recently bought new computer with Windows Vista. I am now unable to
respond to email or compose email on my company's mail server.(Outlook
Web Access) When I click "reply", a reply letter opens but I am unable
to type in the area below the header. Is there a security setting I
need to change?
 
I have a desktop with XP and a new laptop with
Vista. Charter is my sewrver where I get my e-mail. I too on my laptop can't
re eive or send e-mail. Is this problem similar to yours? I am looking for
an answer to my difficulty as well. If you or anyone else can help, thanks in
advance
