Unable to completely uninstall program

Is there any way to get a print out of the list of
programs in the "Add or Remove Programs" ??
I would like to know what all is there on a hard copy.
In trying to remove a program, when completed, on some
occasions this message will appear, "all information was
not removed...these should be removed manually" ... What
action should I take at this prompt?

Also, my pc has become so very sluggish. It takes
forever for programs to load and run. I have defraged,
optimized, etc., however, this does not help. It has
slowly gotten worse.

** Go to Add/Remove then hit Print Screen. Open Word or Paint & paste into
the document.

** Open Windows Explorer & search on the program name. You can then delete
the folders & files no longer needed. (If you want to be extra safe - copy
them all into a temp folder somewhere before deleting. That way you can make
sure the pc & other programs run ok without any of those files)

**Try downloading AdAware and/or Spybot Search & Destry. You may have some
spyware on your pc that is causing it to run slowly

Spybot from here http://spybot.eon.net.au/

Remember to search for updates for both these programs on a regular basis

Lastly - go into Internet Explorer & delete all temp internet files
