Unable to close browser window

I have a client with a particular problem. The only way I
can get her IE6 browser window to close is to end the
iexplorer.exe process from with in task manager. ALT +F4,
the End Now in task manager and the "X" don't work. SHe
is running WIndows XP Pro and I am not sure if it is an
upgrade or not. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Frustrated

Same issue only it is also effecting the send page by e-
mail function and opening PDF files online. On NT & XP
pro at work and XP at home. Having the same issue in both
places. Let me know if you get an answer. Tired of
sending error reports every 5 minutes. I live on PDF's!
