Gee the vaunted Geek Squad could not help you? I am not that familiar with Outlook
myself. Maybe someone else here can help you, but I suggest you also post in an
Outlook newsgroup where someone would probably be able to help. It may be a single
configuration similar to what Outlook Express has which I use. I did find some links
below which may help. It probably is related to using the "restricted" Web Content
Zone which you can change to "internet" zone but that will increase security risks.
Be sure to keep you computers virus protection and critical Updates at Windows
Updates updated and to have your virus protection program scan all emails. -- Steve

OL2000: Security Zones in Outlook 2000
To Change Your Security Zone Settings
1.. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2.. On the Security tab, click Zone Settings, and then click OK.
3.. Click to select one of the four zone icons, and using the slider control under
"Security level for this zone," select the desired level. If you select Custom level,
you must then click to select the desired settings from the Security Settings dialog
box.
4.. Click OK to close each dialog box.
