unable to change settings in AdvancedTab

Hi all,

I am using IE6 on MS XP. My problem is that I cannot
change settings in IE->Internet Options->AdvancedTab.
The user I am using should be in the Administrator Group.

Is there anyone who can help in solve this problem? Is
there any registry setting I have to modify?

Did you by chance, set the "Innoculate" options in Spybot S&D?
