Ver. = Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

When I open a contact card and attempt to change the contacts e-mail
address it deletes my entry after tabbing or selecting with the mouse
another field.

I have un-installed Office multiple times, have attempted to repair, and
attempted to reinstall but to no avail.

Any suggestions you can offer would be appreciated.

Access to free hotmail accounts is no longer supported. Is that what you're
using?
Do these Contacts reside in a local Outlook data file?

That would have been nice to specify at the outset.
But are you using a premium, paid hotmail account?

Russ, I am sorry. It is premium.

Then someone else will have to help you. I have no MSN premium account
and no ability to troubleshoot the MSN connector. Perhaps you should
start a new thread and this time include all the relevant details in
your first post.
