For some reason, on only one of my forms, I am unable to
edit the data. I have checked and there are no record
locks or sharing issues. What else can it be? Note that
all my other forms are perfectly fine. Thanks.

A couple of possibilities come to mind, Sharon ...

1. The AllowEdits property of your form may have inadvertently been set to
False.

2. The Record Source of your form may be a query that is not updateable;
i.e., it has Groups or Totals in it, among other things. To test this, open
the query itself and see if you can edit data in it.

Unfortunately, it is no. 2, but I can't understand why
my queries are not editable. I have tried to delete any
fields that might be calculable and I still was unable to
edit them. Can you give me a starting place?

How about posting the SQL code for your query so we can see if there is a
work-around.
