unable to burn Packade Bell Recovery Disc

After 5 unsuccessful attempts to burn a recovery disc I am turning to you
experts for help...In all cases it burns ok...Ejects disc...requests
re-insertion for tests but after a full 100% run-throught states :-
Unsuccessfull .. Please insert a blank Disc"
Any help out there please

Have you gone to Packard Bell support:

and asked them for assistance?
