Hi Roger,
One, recycle the printers (off and back on) so they will send a broacast out.
Two, if that doesn't work, recycle the switch they are connected to.
If the printers are on a separate switch, it could be a problem with that switch.
Unshare a printer and reshare it. See if it now comes up in the list.
You didn't give me much to go on, such as are these jet direct connections, Windows 2000
Domain, SP4, etc.
