Unable to browse to attach files for upload

This is probably something simple but I haven't been able to figure it out. I have a user who needs to upload files to a website. When she click on the Browse button on the page the IE locks up and she doesn't get the window to browse for the file. It's not being blocked by pop-ups or group policy and if she goes to a different machine she has no problem. Has anyone come across this before?

Hello,

Try running it with add-ons disabled. Start Internet Explorer as normal,
Tools, Manage Add-ons, Enable or Disable Add-ons.

Disable all the add-ons and enable them one by one till the problem appears
and you get the culprit.
