Unable to Browse some websites

Have a small network of 4 machines Using XP Home SP2 with ICS.

All machines can browse the be Web except one, which can for instance
get to Google, but not to pages linked from there. It can get to
http://www.asx.com.au/ ( the button bar is obscured though, with
http://www.bigpond.com only the top section to and inclusive of the
scroller is displayed and some sites such as http://www.ato.gov.au/
don't display at all.

Looks like some sort of Frames issue.... but I'm just guessing so
looking for advice.

Any hints on what the issue may be and/or how to resolve it.

( PC has been thoroughly scanned for Viri, Trojans, Malware and Browser
and Hosts Hijacks. )

First, make sure your Java is updated as some of the listed sites may
require it. Next, go to http://tinyurl.com/4dzwb and download
scripten.exe. I hope this fixes the issues.
