I have a small network (<20 desktops), and one server.
All of which are running Win2K with al the latest servcie
packs and updates. The problem is when I add a new
printer, system, or just want to map to another network
device, I cannot browse. When I am at a desktop, I click
on my network places, microsoft windows network, domain
name, the window comes up, but no systems are listed. I
can go to the server and it browses fine, and even some of
the workstations work fine. All desktops are static IP,
the primary DNS and WINS addresses are pointed to the
server IP. There are times when a reboot of the server
resolves the problem, but most of the time it does not.
Has anyone ran into this?
