I followed the XP instructions of dragging the folder of
the program I wish to share to the Shared Documents Folder.
The program is shared, but when any user tries to make a
backup of their Quicken data file, they cannot. Only
Administrator can make backup. All others get the "Unable
to write to disk, make sure disk is not full.

Dell 8400 PC with 512 MB RAM and 80 GB hard drive which is
more than 80% unused. Thanks for your assistance. I have
looked on the Quicken website, but haven't found anything
that was helpful or corrected the problem.

If the filesystem is NTFS, you might need to change the permissions for the
folder so that everyone has read/write access.

Dragging the folder to the shared folder "should have" done that for you.
I would bet that it didn't. (although I wouldn't bet alot!)
