I have a Strange problem on a user here, using outlook
2000 using Corporate Email to connect to our Exchange
servers. Basically whenever a user tries to archive data,
Outlook goes through the motions and processes the
selected folders, but the .PST file is empty. The only
thing that shows up is the Deleted Items, but it is empty.
No matter what date I start the archive from or where I
choose to put the archive file.
I've tried different logging on as the user on a different
PC and get the same result. it just started to happen
without any prior issues.
Any Ideas.....
