Hello,

I have PowerPoint, Word and Excel 2007 on my computer. I have customized
the QAT in Word and Excel with no problems.

I cannot add anything to the PowerPoint QAT. The minute I add an icon and
say OK, I get an error message saying the application has stopped working.
This application also gives me a message that it cannot find my Printer whe I
open it. However, I can print fine from the other MS applicatons.

I am about to uninstall and re-install but this is a new computer I got 2
days ago. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem and has a fix.

Thank you.

Thank you John and Echo,

I went in search of an updated drive for my 5600 AIO printer and installed
it. I still had the message telling me that it could not find the printer
and would not allow me to customize the QAT. I ran the Diagnostics and
everything came back okay there as well.

I finally took the USB printer cable out of my docking station USB (always
worked there in Office 2003) and placed the cable directly into my laptop
USB. Bingo all is well in the printing department!

Thank you to both of you for you help.

Thought I would pass my experience along in case someone else could use it.
