Unable to add records

I created two databases. After creating the second
database, I tried to enter a record. I received an error
message-stacking error and the database tried to repair
itself, however, everytime I try to add a record, the eoor
returns. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Linda

Two *databases*? as in two .mdb files? Or two Tables within one
database?

Into... what? Which of the two tables? via the table datasheet? a
Form? a Query?
