Unable to acess MY COMPUTER

I click on MY COMPUTER and it displays the information
and then closes. I try to right click on START to access
Explore and it does the same thing. I am also unable to
use the Search File tool. If I reboot in Safe Mode...all
of the above work. Can someone help??

If this works in Safemode then it appears that there is a third party
applications that is causing the problem. You need to start the computer
without third party applications.

This can be simplified by using the msconfig.exe utility from an XP machine
on your Windows 2000 client.
