Unable to access Outlook

When I attempt to open Outlook, I get the following message: Unable to open
default mail folders. Outlook could not start because a location to send and
receive mail could not be found. How do I handle this? When the box that is
labled Microsoft Mail with Post Office, Mailbox and Passowrd pops up, what
goes in there? I have a DSL line for access.

I really use Outlook for Contacts, but I can't even access the program. I
attempted to uninstall and reinstall, to no avail. Can anyone help me?

Reinstalling won't help you with configuration issues. Check your mail setup
settings and recreate your profile if neccessary;
