Unable to access internet through wireless router base station.

Novice: I had one computer hooked up to the internet. When
I tried to add a MS Wireless Base Station and hooked up,
it will not get the internet. All lights on the modem and
base station are steady. It appears to be getting signal.
Is there a firewall or some other block?

Good question. We can't answer it given your description, but it *is*
a good question. :)

More likely it's an issue with a default gateway address, but check
the documentation for your base station on how to work through it.
