Unable to access Internet Options in IE6

When attempting to open Internet Options in Internet
Explorer 6, get error message that do not have
Administrator rights. After logging into IE6 in Windows
2000 Pro as Administrator, get same error message
attempting to open Internet Options. A little help please.

If you use Spybot S&D, open Spybot in Advanced mode and check the Immunize
settings. You may have placed this restriction inadvertently.

If not ... go to Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites:

Next (same page) check for parasites and other malware which may have caused
this (if Spybot didn't)
