Domain admin with a odd web browser problem.
When log on as the local ADMIN running Windows XP Pro I
CAN access the HTTPS websites. However as soon as I log
on as someone else it says page cannot be found? ( even
if they are member of the admin group).
In addition I am unable to download any updates from the
M/S website.
Error message says that my ActiveX settings prevent the
page from displaying properly.
I have set all of my IE browser settings to the default
levels.
Thanks for any advice..
As a side note is there a way to COMPLETELY uninstall IE
and then reinstall it later? I used the Add/Remove tool
to uninstall the browser but it is still present.
