Unable to access .exe files

Hi,

I recently scanned my PC with 'Spybot-search and destroy'.
However, after that I'm unable to access any of my '.exe'
files. Although normal files, e.g. Word documents, mp3
files etc... still work. It is only the application files
with '.exe' don't work. What should I do?
