Unable to access e-mail with McAfee Internet Security 5

When clicking on Send/Receive Outlook persistently asks
for passwords for e-mail accounts. The passwords are
already present but will not save to password list once
box is ticked. The process remains at this stage until
cancel is selected, halting all Send/Receive operations.
Any help greatly appreciated.
 
You may have configured McAfee Internet Security to block
your e-mail address, which may also be the same as your
login address to your e-mail server. I had this problem,
and only solution is to disable this option in McAfee
Internet Security. Sloppy of McAfee of course...
