Unable to access any Outlook info offline

My company recently switched from Lotus Notes to Outllok
through Microsoft Exchange server. I am able to access
all of my Outlook files online, but if I attempt to do so
offline, I get a message: "unable to display the folder.
Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder
location. The information store could not be opened."

Can anyone suggest a simple fix for this?

Was the profile setup for offline storage? (Assuming that you are running
Outlook 97 or Outlook 98/2000 Corporate/Workgroup, see Tools | Services |
Highlight Microsoft Exchange | Properties | Advanced tab | Offine Folders)
